  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed and another email with tracking information once it ships.

🚚 Domestic Shipping (U.S.)

  • Free Shipping: Orders of $75 or more ship free.

  • Carriers: We use USPS or UPS depending on the best available rate and delivery time.

  • Delivery Estimates: Most domestic orders arrive within 5–7 business days after processing. Please note, shipping times may vary during peak seasons or holidays.

🌍 International Shipping

  • We’re happy to ship worldwide!

  • Delivery Estimates: Typically 3–4 weeks, depending on your country’s postal service, customs processing, and economic conditions affecting international shipping.

  • Carriers: DHL or your local postal service will handle delivery once the package arrives in your country.

  • Customs & Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or duties required by their country.

  • Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once orders are with the carrier, delays are out of our control.

  • If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your package, please reach out to your carrier directly. We’ll do our best to help, but we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered.
